STD: filing paperwork, signing up to use, partnering with Business Manager for payroll
EAP: providing information
Trainings: Vector trainings, log-in assistance, pushing out new training
Updating information: name changes, address changes, licensing
Policy & procedure: ensuring compliance, handbook updates, questions regarding policy
Job descriptions: updating, answering questions
Confidential conversations: next steps, where to take concerns
Employee to employee conflict: grievance policy, answer questions, direct where to go next
End of employment: retiring (PERA), benefits (COBRA)
