All Organization Staff Kick-Off

In August we hosted our first ever all organization staff kickoff event at the elementary campus. Staff from JA Elementary, JA Secondary, Summit Academy Westminster, Summit Academy South, and Hope House (around 250 staff members)  gathered to calibrate for the new school year, focusing on our Mission, Vision, Values, and Academic Rigor Principles, as well as get a better look at each campus and their initiatives and goals. With continental breakfast, team building activities, goodie bags, and raffle prizes, it was a great way to start the year. We look forward to this becoming an annual community building event for our K-12 staff.
