Happy November! As we enter the holiday season, we know some families may be facing challenging times. The Holiday Care Package program has returned to support those in need with gifts, immediate needs (such as bills), and more. While we can’t guarantee that every request will be fulfilled, we are committed to helping as many families as possible.
This program is open to ALL current JA & Summit families and staff.

All personal information, including names and emails, will remain confidential and accessible only to Tiffany Flores (Community Engagement Specialist) for planning and coordination purposes. Once your form has been reviewed, Tiffany will follow up with you directly.
