NEW CLUB - Crochet Club - Tuesdays 3:15-4:15 p.m. - Are you creative? Good with your hands? Want to learn a new hobby that reduces stress and improves brain health? Join our Crochet Club! Come be a part of creating a great space where we will learn new skills, share tips and patterns, and build community while perfecting our craft! Participants need to bring a crochet hook (this is the only cost). Sizes 5 mm (H-8) or 5.5 mm (I-J) are recommended for beginners. Yarn will be provided. All levels of experience are welcome! The club is open to students in grades 4-6 with a 15 student maximum, sign up HERE.
Colorado Measure Academic of Success (CMAS) Testing - Students in 3rd - 6th grade will begin testing on Monday, April 6. Here is a link for the complete schedule. Please avoid taking your student out during their testing time. Students that are ill should remain home and will be able to do makeup testing. Students arriving late after testing has started will need to remain in the office until their class is finished testing.
2026-2027 School Year - Please contact Shelly Cohen at 720-728-6162, if your student is not returning to JA next school year (unless you already have). This will enable us to accommodate students on our waiting list.

Movie Night: Movie Night is finally here! Thank you to everyone who submitted an RSVP. We look forward to seeing you tonight as we enjoy Disney & Pixar’s Elemental together. Grab your blankets and get ready for a fun evening with our school community.
Mileage Club: Help us celebrate St. Patrick's Day with an extra special Lucky Charm day! Sign up to hand out charms as students run laps on the track during lunch recess. Tuesday, March 17 from 11am-12:45pm, weather permitting. Younger siblings are welcome! Learn more and sign up here.
Butterbraids - This year's PTO Butterbraid sale is still open. Any PAPER orders will be due by March 17th, online sales will be open until March 20th. NO CASH will be accepted this year. All items need to be ordered online, or by check. Butterbraids will be sent home with students on Thursday, April 20th..Alternate pick-up arrangements will need to be made for large orders.) Let's sell some Butterbraids!
Book Fair - Thank you to everyone for coming out to our spring book fair. It was again a HUGE success! Combining our numbers from the fall and spring book fair, along with some additional funds, a total of $10,641 worth of books were purchased to support our teachers and classrooms. Thank you for your support.
