Board of Directors’ meetings are open to the public unless the Board is in Executive Session. Regular Board meetings are generally scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted). Meetings will be in-person at locations noted and via Zoom. Below are the links to download the agenda and connect to Zoom when the meeting begins.

Providing Public Comment

Your voice is important! We encourage all members of the public to review the meeting agenda in detail in order to provide public comment to Board members at the beginning of each meeting so that Board members can better represent our members. The Board appreciates and encourages all public comments and respectfully requests that individuals that attend the meeting via Zoom turn their cameras ON and raise their hand (raise your hand on camera or use Zoom hand-raising reaction feature) to indicate the desire to speak. They then will be unmuted for their turn. Individuals that attend the meeting in person will be asked to stand and approach the table so that the microphone can hear their voice clearly. Please keep comments under 2 (two) minutes to allow time for everyone to participate.
