Board of Directors’ meetings are open to the public unless the Board is in Executive Session. Regular Board meetings are generally scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted). Meetings will be in-person at locations noted and via Zoom. Below are the links to download the agenda and connect to Zoom when the meeting begins.

Providing Public Comment

Your voice is important! We encourage all members of the public to review the meeting agenda in detail in order to provide public comment to Board members at the beginning of each meeting so that Board members can better represent our members. The Board appreciates and encourages all public comments and respectfully requests that individuals turn their cameras ON and keep their comments under 2 (two) minutes to allow time for everyone to participate. If you wish to speak during public comment, please indicate by raising your hand on camera or with the Zoom hand-raising feature.
