Jefferson Academy Secondary

Yesterday afternoon, we received a wonderful visit with ties to a World War II Navy band musician. Thanks to Janice Shannon and Rocky Mountain Music Repair, our band program received a World War II-era French horn through the shops' Secret Santa instrument drive last December.

9News reporter, Byron Reed (photo credit!), covered the story in December and returned to our school yesterday to meet Janice and follow the story one step further.
